We were there for family vacation, and had a fairly nice time. The hotel was comfortable modern with amicable staff members and a coffee bar. It was in a very central setting on the shore of one of the lakes......

High quality property, has exceptionally attentive and attentive staff on shift. Exceptional views over the lake from our good-sized room. A good choice of outstanding items for continental breakfast. Central location close to the center....  

The location was central, short walk to the Polynesian Spa and the City Center, the lake at Rotorua and very close to the Polynesian Spa and shops and great view to the lake. The morning meal was...  

Really enjoyed the way our recently refurbished triple room with a balcony near to the launderette was arranged. It was nice to find an electric kettle and fridges.

Recently refurbished rooms and extremely friendly and excellent staff with another request I made at reception. Unbeatable and excellent location in Rotorua, really close to shops, and the city centre, geothermal Springs and Polynesian Spa across the road.

Really comfortable building and rooms with at least a queen size bed. Above average breakfast for all tastes with scrambled egg, 2 toast plus juice.

The location was great and lovely, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Spa Rotorua. The rooms were great-sized and well renovated on level 3, everything was nice. The breakfast was good hot and above average, the check in was smooth.

The hotel met needs, I will be back. Everything here was fabulous, and the weather was lovely, enjoyed it. Free of charge breakfast, the food was great. Newly renovated room on an upper level, spent my time really good. The staff were really helpful and very attentive and provided an efficient service. The location was good and stunning for walking around Tamaki Maori Village. Besides, it was just next door to many attractions, the lakefront and many areas.

Great breakfast and dinner, lovely warm rooms and convenient location near city center, museum, and lake front. Friendly staff, exceptionally clean and well-presented. Comfortable beds, nice space to relax, indoor pool for kids, private spa for adults. Close to supermarket, Rotorua Mall, and attractions like the Redwoods Forest and Blue Lakes. Awesome staff, helpful and friendly. Free laundry facilities.

The buffet breakfast and the friendly employees make this place a great choice; it is also conveniently located just 1 km away from the downtown area, and guests can enjoy the available Wi-Fi.

It was difficult to find the front entrance for check-in, and it was dark around the outside, making it uncomfortable to walk alone at night. It was inconvenient to pull/lift luggage up the front steps; there should be a ramp (not with a steep angle).

Unbeatable, perfect location in that area after the repair. Also - near to the tourist centre, shops and things to see & do and trucks.
